A Valentine Serial

Every so often over at the Craftie Ladies of Romance blog we will do a round robin serial. And what better time to do this than at Valentine's. Running from February 1st and ending on Valentine's Day February 14th, we'll be doing a round robin serial. This time we're heading to medieval times with Lords and Ladies, a castle and the quest for true love.  We'd love for you to stop in and enjoy.

Here's the line up of this serial's authors.   Each day the author's will add to the story until we find out what happens to our hero and heroine on Valentine's Day.

  1. Demurely dressed, her face covered in a veil, Negin Khapalwak, the first woman conductor of Afghanistan, with her baton, becomes a figure of protest and things beyond: she and her girls show us a way to survive the worst, to resist death through art, making it a statement of human idealism against the irredeemable reality of catastrophe which too, is man-made. Art, in this context, transcends its aesthetic function and becomes a moral act. An act coterminous with life itself in its race against death.

  2. For my husband and I and our children, we all have a considerable distance to travel to get to the church. From Dubai for Peter and I and 2 of our children in Australia and Northern Ireland. This means we need accommodation either near the church or the reception and often in areas of the country we are unfamiliar with.
