New Release!

My first release for 2016 is the fourth book in my Northern Border Patrol series.
As you can see from the cover this is set in winter.  For inspiration while writing this book, I had my desktop screen saver set to this photo.

An intergal part of the plot is an uncut diamond necklace. This is what I pictured when writing about the piece of jewelry.
Through out the month of February I will be a guest at various blogs. Check back often because I will post the link here on the days I'm virtually appearing somewhere.

The first exciting appearance will be a LIVE interview/chat on Booktrib.  Feb 2 at 4pm EST. I'm on the west coast so 1pm for me. Here's the link and there's a giveaway too!

  2. Terri, I love your books but I'm on chapter 2 of Ransom and the plot is driving me crazy. I have a relative in law enforcement. If I was put in the heroine's situation, I'd have told my uncle the Sheriff. Everyone knows bad guys say that but you can't do what they say! Then she gets to the airport in Buffalo and these agents grab her. I'd be screaming my brains out for a lawyer. Where would she get one in a strange city? You call a local church and ask them to help you find one. Or you call your uncle back home. And the moment they mentioned they thought she was guilty of smuggling and they might be arresting her, she should have shut up until her lawyer got there. Now she's agreeing to help them with no written guarantee that they won't subsequently arrest her? Your ghost stories are more credible than this. I love your ghost stories. I will continue to read this but this is the dumbest woman you have ever dreamed up. Sorry to be hard on you, but your other great writing makes this disappointing.

  3. CE Baisley, No worries on being hard. Not every book resonates with everyone. Also, I think you're confusing me with Terri Reid who writes the ghost stories.
